The room was a nice size and fully-equipped with laundry facilities and a balcony. The venue has a central location close to restaurants, Universal and Epcot theme parks, as well as Disney Springs and major shopping areas.

location is excellente, the hotel is ok.

That was a nice apartment with full equipment kitchen, have doble wash and dryer like others persons say that don't have and have a comfort beds. Also have shuttles for the parks, outlet for free and taxi available for that one going to other place that the shuttle don't go. And have restaurants, wallgreens and windixie in a short walk distance.

The only think was that don't have a bus stop near for going to downtown disney for less money than taxi.

This place is a top pick to explore around. Great spot for checking out the area with awesome staff, including the assistant general manager. They really go the extra mile to assist guests 😊.

So convenient to all the attractions, Downtown Disney, restaurants and grocery/drug stores. Great to have our own kitchen. Furnished and supplied with everything we needed, even pool towels! Has 3 pools, but we never had time to use them. Nicely landscaped and maintained. Suite was very clean. A great bargain!

Condo to small? I also sent an email to the Blue Tree Resort asking for the final total of my bill they sent me the final total? Then when we went to pay they added $75 tax to the final bill

The venue is placed in a central position close to Walt Disney World attractions. It's in the Lake Buena Vista district, near other areas, all parks, the Disney entrance, grocery stores.

I had a two bedroom suite near the heated pool. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location of this resort is perfect and I would go back.

The resort was in an ideal location, the room itself was perfect. The safe was an added bonus.

Pool closed promptly at 10:00 PM, no daily maid service to get clean towels you had to call down to housekeeping when you needed them

The service was great with a fast check-in. Magnificent location and overall the staff was helpful. - Nothing too much trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation and 100% recommend.

Booked a villa with clean, nice facilities in a comfortable and peaceful location within the entertaining area, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

The hotel was a great experience and the staff was great. I had to call the font desk at 0100 hours in the am for bed sheets. The had a quick response time and did not complain. Security at the resort was top notch and actually cared about the guests and kept an eye on the children in the pools even with parents watching. I would recomend this resort to everyone that is looking to visit the Orlando area.

I had no complaints abot anything at the hotel. It was more a resort than a hotel.

The hotel was located in an area with easy access to major highways for quick travel to most of the major attractions in the Orlando area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with a Walgreens and a Winn-Dixie grocery. The room was quite nice (ground floor building 15) with one exception (see below). The kids loved the pools - the water temperature was very comfortable. The staff we encountered were very friendly and service was quick - for example, when we arrived the master bedroom TV was not working, but maintenance had it replaced in under an hour. Security was a visible presence around the clock. It was a quiet time of the year, so parking was not an issue. We were NOT approached with a timeshare pitch. Overall: A-

The carpet in the room was very dirty - 20 minutes of walking around, our white socks were black (Yes Canadians tend to remove their footwear inside - 6 months of snow you know!) We wore sandals the rest of the time, and let the office know on check out. We didn't make a big deal out of it, but it would have been an issue if we had an infant or toddler.
